As a former college athlete, a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and an Athletic trainer – DJ has a fresh way of getting you prepared for your sport, whatever it may be.
From couch potatoes to fitness guru’s DJ will create a fun, unique workout tailored specifically to your needs and goals. Get results you can see – and feel! DJ has a different approach to workouts, to keep them from getting stale and boring. He incorporates cardio into your workouts so you don’t have to spend hours staring at the treadmill. The goal is to continually change your workout, to keep it fresh and exciting.
Jon Cerf is the founder of Core Progression and has been personal training for 6 years. He believes in a scientific approach to helping people reach their fitness goals whatever they maybe. He has worked with hundreds of clients over the years in all different age ranges as well as fitness levels, from elite athletes to kids to beauty pageant contestants to people just wanting to look and feel better.
Jon follows a four component program to help everyone achieve their goals. The four components are nutrition counseling then cardiovascular endurance, resistance training, and last but not least accountability and motivation of having a trainer.
